The brief becomes the blueprint

Clarify the audience, the property’s distinguishing qualities, the campaign objective and the delivery formats. Agree on the areas to cover, access requirements and approval process before the shoot. This helps keep creative decisions connected to the project’s purpose.

A recce reveals the real possibilities

Walk the location to understand light, orientation, reflections, movement paths and practical constraints. Plan room preparation, lighting setups and aerial coverage around those observations. A recce can reveal opportunities that a floor plan or reference image cannot.

Production gives the story its material

Create establishing frames, connected movements and carefully chosen details. Coordinate camera, lighting and drone work as one production. Review coverage on location so a missing transition does not become a problem in the edit.

Post production finds the film

Editing establishes structure and rhythm. Colour grading brings the sequence together without misrepresenting materials. Sound design adds depth, while graphics clarify what needs explaining. Review the finished film on the screens and in the aspect ratios it will actually be delivered in.
